CAROL AMARAL UGHOC
Ana Carolina Amaral Ughoc, known as Carol, was born in Brazil in 1994. She grew up with her parents, Tânia and Luiz, and her brother, Guilherme.
From a young age, Carol had a deep love for children and knew she wanted to work in early childhood education. This passion grew even more when her younger brother, João Paulo, was born in 2005.
In 2017, she moved to California to learn English, and in 2018, she met Ryan, the love of her life. Their relationship grew, and in 2021, they officially married. Together, they had Noah, which further deepened her passion for caring for and educating children.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Carol became a partner in All My Love Day Care, a business she runs alongside her brother Guilherme and her sister-in-law Aneeka. She dedicates herself daily to creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children, ensuring they receive the care and education they need in their early years.
Carol believes that childhood is the most important phase of human development. Each child has a unique personality, and being part of their growth is both a privilege and a life purpose for her.
Carol has over 10 years of experience caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers up to 16 years old. During the COVID pandemic, she organized online arts and crafts classes for kids aged 2 to 10, which were a big success. She has also worked with UHNW families as both a nanny and a family assistant.
Carol has always built warm, trusting relationships with every family and child she has worked with. Her natural connection with children, combined with her deep sense of responsibility, has made her a beloved presence in many homes.
“Creating a safe and loving environment is my greatest goal.” – Carol
